Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen. However, I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment within 24 hrs. Cancellations must be confirmed by text. Voicemails are not considered unless acknowledged. If a guest cancels within this 24 hour window, I reserve the right to charge 60% of your service. I also reserve the right not to rebook the appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
